CONTACT ROUTES

Three Ways to Raise Privacy Requests

If you want to check, correct or remove account data, contact us from the same email or phone linked to your account where possible.

Account email Write from your linked email when you need a copy of account data, a correction, or details on how a wallet record was used. Include your account ID, not full card or bank credentials.
Live chat privacy queue Use chat after signing in if your request relates to cookies, device access or a recent login alert. Our team can route the case to privacy handling without exposing your password.
Wallet query path For UPI, Paytm, PhonePe or Google Pay records, share the transaction reference shown in your account history. We compare that reference with partner status logs before changing any stored payment data.
SAFETY PRACTICE

Six Privacy Controls We Apply

Privacy handling is built into account checks, wallet activity, cookie settings and support work. We do not ask for full UPI PINs, Paytm passwords or PhonePe login details.

Data collection

We collect account details you enter, device signals, login records, payment references and messages you send us. Each field has a service reason, such as account access, wallet checks, support handling or safety monitoring.

Cookie use

Cookies help keep your session active, remember language and privacy choices, and identify unusual browser behaviour. You can clear cookies in your browser, though some account features may ask you to sign in again.

Payment privacy

For UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay, we store transaction IDs, amounts, time stamps and status results needed for account records. We do not store your UPI PIN or wallet app password.

Access checks

If a login looks unusual, we may ask for extra confirmation before showing account or wallet data. This helps reduce unauthorised access while keeping privacy requests tied to the real account holder.

Retention review

We keep records while your account is active, while a transaction query is open, or while law requires storage. After that, data is deleted, anonymised or kept in restricted archives where needed.

Change requests

You can ask us to correct profile details, update contact data, provide a copy of stored data or remove eligible records. We may need identity checks before acting on sensitive account changes.

Privacy Questions Before You Open Account

These answers explain how our Privacy Policy applies when you create an account, use wallet options, browse from India or contact support. They are written for practical account decisions, not legal jargon. If your situation involves local law, identity checks or a payment dispute, contact us so we can look at the exact account record.

We may ask for your name, contact details, login credentials, date of birth, location signals, device data and payment references. We use these to run the account, apply checks, contact you and maintain records.

Yes. The policy covers transaction references, status updates, amounts and timing linked to UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay. We do not ask for your wallet password, UPI PIN or banking login.

You can ask for a copy of data linked to your account by contacting us from your registered email or signed-in chat. We may verify identity before sharing records that include wallet or security data.

Send the correct detail through the account email or chat after signing in. Some changes may need proof, especially when the detail affects withdrawals, identity checks or access to stored account records.

We keep data for as long as needed to operate your account, handle payment queries, meet legal duties and investigate disputes. When records are no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or restrict them.

Cookies can remember your session, language, region and privacy choices so you do not repeat the same settings each time. You can clear them, but the account may ask for fresh sign-in checks.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. Privacy requests still apply to account data we hold, even if access changes because of region or legal requirements.
