Account Security

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. After that window closes, inactive account data is deleted from our live systems on a rolling quarterly schedule.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccuracies or request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain. Submit these requests via email with your account ID and we will respond within 30 days.

Transaction records tied to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe payments are retained for the period mandated by Indian financial law. Once that retention window passes, records are purged from our live database on the next quarterly cycle.
